Shipping + Delivery

We typically process orders within 2-4 business days, unless otherwise noted in the announcement bar located at the top of our homepage. Express shipping is available and will move your order towards the front of our queue for expedited processing. Once you receive shipping confirmation,  please allow 24 hours for tracking information to update. During sales and the holidays, orders may take us longer to process.

Please ensure that you enter the correct shipping address when placing your order, as we are not responsible for packages that are delivered to the wrong address. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

International Shipping Policies

The recipient of an international shipment may be subject to import taxes,  customs duties and fees, which are imposed once a shipment reaches the recipient's country. Additional charges for customs clearance must be fulfilled by the recipient. Best Life Organics has no control over these charges, nor can we predict what they may be.  

Please contact your local customs office for more information on what customs,  duties, and taxes may need to be paid. Please provide a phone number when placing an order so you can be reached by customs when your product arrives. 

If the package is refused or duties/tax liability is ignored, the package will be returned to us. We will only issue a refund upon receiving the returned package. We are not responsible for lost or undeliverable packages. Please make sure the address, phone  and email address is correct to receive updates regarding your order. Shipping charges cannot be refunded. 

Returns

We are committed to our customers’ satisfaction, however due to the nature in creating our products in small batches without tons of preservatives, we cannot accept returns or offer refunds. Instead, we offer replacements on products that are damaged or defective.

Lost/Damaged Products 

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the correct address is given at the time the order was placed. If tracking is showing that it was delivered and you didn’t receive it, contact USPS to file a claim, we will be happy  to assist you with this.  

If your packaged arrived and product is damaged, please send us an email immediately with photo included to shop@bestlifeorganics.com. We will get a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
