Unfortunately, we are unable to update the address for orders that have already shipped.

Occasionally, shipping carriers may experience delays to extreme weather and other unforeseen circumstances.

If you have not received your package within 3 weeks of placing your order, please contact us at so we can assist you with filing a claim.


Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns.

If you received a damaged or defective product, we will happily replace it at no cost to you. To initiate a replacement, please send photos to us via email at within 7 days of receiving your order.

We are a cruelty-free brand that uses a combination of organic, vegan, and non-toxic ingredients in our products. Additionally, all of our products are free of parabens, sulfates, and phthalates.

The majority of our products come in reusable glass packaging. For your safety, our bath and shower products are packaged in recyclable and BPA-free plastic.
