Return Policy
We are committed to our customers’ satisfaction, however due to the nature of our products and the way they are used, we cannot issue refunds. Only damaged or defective goods are eligible to be returned and replaced, free of charge.
Lost/Damaged/Defective Products
We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Please ensure the correct shipping address is given when placing your order. If tracking is showing that it was delivered and you didn’t receive it, please contact USPS to file a claim. We will be happy to assist you with this.
If your packaged arrived and product is damaged or defective, please send us an email immediately with photo included to shop@bestlifeorganics.com. We will get a replacement sent out as soon as possible.
